And Where Do I Seek My 🐬 of Wisdom?

This is my first work as a doctoral student. I had the absolute pleasure of collaborating with Joshua Rubin. Josh is a world class clarinetist, and without his input, this piece would not have crystallized into its final form! The inspiration behind the piece is a long story... after browsing books online, I stumbled across an fascinatingly titled book: 'Wisdom of the Dolphins: Discovering the Mystery of the Holographic Universe.' The title was evocative enough for me to write a piece that aims to tell the tale of me discovering my own wise dolphin. The electronics use tidal data from a local water level measurement station for both the sound and projection.
